"I worked at Data Aire for 12 years as the service manager for the company. I supervised four service technicians that work in the office, answering questions from the field and going to job sites to perform service work. Also part of my job other than scheduling the service technicians is that I conducted training classes regarding the setup, startup and repair of Data Aire units. The service department also assisted the sales department with providing factory startups and service, these were extras on the sales of the equipment, providing the customer with a completed product. I worked closely with the production, engineering, sales and the parts department as part of my duties at Data Aire.
